Red Snotrockets

The Reds had good reason to fear Madison Bumgarner this AM. Not only did Bumgarner go 8 innings and only allow 1 run but he also unleashed a fiendish amount of snotrockets in Great American Ball Park today. The Reds never stood a chance.

Here are Madison Bumgarner’s snotrocket totals and other vital statistics for Thursday, June 5, 2014 on the road vs. the Cincinnati Reds:

  • W, 8.0 IP, 3 H, 0 BB, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 HR, 5 K, 17 SNR (snotrockets): 0 vs. lefties, 9 vs. righties, 8 other. 3 double SNR. 1 at bat SNR. 1 dugout SNR.
  • Bumgarner’s most prolific inning was the 5th in which he blew 4 snotrockets.
  • Today’s game saw the first Bumgarner dugout snotrocket of the season.
  • Madison Bumgarner now with 172 snotrockets in 2014.
